Shipping methods and costs within South Africa:

Sa Post Office parcel service:
This is a counter-to-counter parcel service, with tracking number.
For most products, a flat rate of  R30 per Seller will be added to your order at checkout.  Some Sellers may charge more.
Items should take approximately 5 working days to reach you.

Confirmation:
As soon as your order has left the seller’s local post office, you will be able to track your order on the My Accounts page.  A collection card will be sent from your local post office once your parcel is ready to be collected, at your convenience.

Door to Door courier
Ensured delivery within 1-5 days from dispatch, straight to your door.
For most products, a flat rate of  R80 per Seller will be added to your order at checkout.  Some Sellers may charge more.

Confirmation:
As soon as your order is dispatched from the seller, you will be able to track your order on the My Accounts page.

Please note that you must be available to take delivery.  For this reason, we advise having your parcel delivered to a business address.  If you are unable to take delivery, we may leave you a card giving you instructions on either redelivery or collection from the carrier

International Shipping:
Sent via registered airmail with tracking number.
Delivery should take approximately 3 – 12 working days.
Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Confirmation:
As soon as your order has left the seller’s local post office, you will be able to track your order through South Africa on the My Accounts page. Once your order has reached the destination country, please contact your local Post Office and quote the tracking number provided on your My Accounts page.

Customs Duty/Taxes/Charges:
The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout.
Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information or Contact your local Custom for specific details.
Customs fees and local taxes are out of our control – therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

  • A working day refers to normal business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • Working days begin the day following dispatch.  Please see product pages for manufacturing lead times from receipt of order to dispatch.
